Hot Tub Care Plan – Terms & Conditions
The Hot Tub Doctor
These terms apply to all customers joining a Hot Tub Care Plan provided by The Hot Tub Doctor.
1. Membership term
All Hot Tub Care Plans have a minimum membership term of 12 months.
The membership begins on the date the first payment is successfully received and continues for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
Monthly payments will continue throughout the initial 12-month membership period.
2. Annual service
The included annual hot tub service is carried out at or around the end of the initial 12-month membership period.
The annual service is not available immediately upon joining the plan.
The customer must have completed the required 12-month membership period and all payments due during that period before the included annual service can be claimed.
The service will be arranged with the customer once the 12-month membership period has been completed.
3. Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation of their membership after the initial 12-month minimum term.
Cancellation during the initial 12-month term does not remove the customer's responsibility for payments due under the minimum membership period.
If a customer cancels before completing the initial 12 months, the included annual service will not be provided.
4. Missed or failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, the membership benefits may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been successfully collected.
The Hot Tub Doctor reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership where payments remain outstanding.
Any outstanding payments remain payable following suspension or cancellation.
5. Repairs and additional work
The annual service included with the plan covers the standard annual service only.
Repairs, replacement parts, specialist equipment, additional labour and any work required outside the standard annual service are not included unless specifically stated as a benefit of the customer's chosen plan.
Any additional work will be quoted or agreed with the customer before being carried out.
6. Call-out benefits
Any discounted or free call-out included with a particular plan is subject to the limits and conditions stated for that plan.
A free call-out, where applicable, covers the standard attendance/call-out element only. Parts, replacement components, repair labour and additional work remain chargeable unless otherwise agreed.
7. Distance and travel
The advertised membership prices apply to customers located within 50 miles of The Hot Tub Doctor's normal service area.
Customers located more than 50 miles away may be subject to an additional travel supplement.
Any applicable travel supplement will be agreed with the customer before the membership begins.
8. Existing faults
The Hot Tub Care Plan is intended for ongoing maintenance and servicing.
Existing faults, breakdowns or repairs that are present before the membership begins are not covered by the plan and may be subject to separate charges.
The Hot Tub Doctor reserves the right to inspect the hot tub before accepting a new membership where there is a known or suspected fault.
9. Plan benefits
Membership benefits apply only while the customer's membership is active and payments are up to date.
Benefits cannot be transferred to another hot tub, property or customer without prior agreement from The Hot Tub Doctor.
Discounts cannot normally be combined with other offers or promotions.
10. Changes to membership
The Hot Tub Doctor reserves the right to amend membership prices or benefits for future membership periods.
Customers will be given reasonable notice of any changes affecting their membership.
11. Renewal
Following completion of the initial 12-month membership period, the plan will continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the customer or The Hot Tub Doctor.
The annual service will become due once during each subsequent 12-month membership period.
12. Agreement
By joining a Hot Tub Care Plan, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to the minimum 12-month membership period and monthly payment arrangement.
